Wings of Wonder

The Jippings invited Evelynd and me to join them today on a field trip to the Wings of Wonder butterfly pavilion.  Dassow Daddy was meeting up with an old law school friend, so it was just us girls.

It was very fun and helped Evie forget about her sore legs.  We saw colorful butterflies, small butterflies, and one really big butterfly.  We also saw birds, frogs, snakes, and lizards.

A butterfly landed on Kuno's back.

This butterfly was HUGE!

After the butterflies, we went out into the garden to enjoy the picnic Melanie had made for all of us and Evelynd got to play with Sylvia a little (both girls were wearing butterfly shirts, too).
